About Sheila Gray

Sheila has spent most of her life in the beautiful PNW with a few lucky years living abroad sprinkled in throughout. She has a deep understanding of what the PNW has to offer and the value of real estate in the Region. 

Sheila is committed to providing an incredible experience for her clients and follows key principles as an agent. This means her clients can expect top tier service, a deep understanding of market trends and a strong team dedicated to ensuring the best experience during each transaction. 

Prior to transitioning to real estate Sheila spent 15 years developing her leadership skills in operations and senior management roles for 2 fortune 100 retail companies. Nurturing her entrepreneurial spirit she launched two successful businesses and most recently was Chief of Operations for an Influencer Management company. Sheila’s heart has always been to serve others and help them achieve their potential and this is what ultimately drew her to real estate!  The freedom entrepreneurship brings along with the ability to be innovative to help others realize their dreams is what motivates her every day.

During her down time you can find Sheila spending quality time with her husband and two kids, taking her Great Dane to the dog park or traveling to new cities and countries chasing lifelong experiences.
